Delivery check-in
Choose or scan an inbound purchase order, confirm the vehicle has arrived and record what was received, quarantined or written off.
Axera is a cloud warehouse management system (WMS) that runs every warehouse task through a barcode scan, from delivery check-in to dispatch, with sales orders, purchasing and finance connected to the same live stock.
Axera WMS gives a mid-sized warehouse location-level stock control and scan-confirmed receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and cycle counting. It adds 2D and 3D warehouse maps, layout suggestions, delivery slots, outbound vehicle planning and live performance dashboards. Because Axera also includes sales orders, purchasing and operational finance, the warehouse and the office work from one set of figures. Guide pricing starts at £950 a month plus £70 per internal user, excluding VAT.
Warehouse Work is a scan-first handheld workspace. Operators follow the next action on screen and confirm it with a barcode, so the system knows what moved, where it went and who moved it.

Scan received stock from goods in to a verified storage location, so stock is never ‘somewhere in the building’.
System-directed source, product and destination scans with editable move quantities and partial replenishment.
Scan-first single-order and batch picking. The picker confirms the expected item by barcode before moving on.
Pack into one box or pallet, or several boxes, record item quality issues and clear them with a supervisor reason.
Verify and scan dispatches onto outbound vehicles, confirm arrival and record the physical departure.
Scan returned units into a verified stock, quarantine or write-off location.
Move units safely between scanned locations and count the location that has waited longest for a cycle count.
Every stock movement is recorded against a location, a person and a reason. Manual adjustments need a reason, history is never silently rewritten, and exceptions have an owner.
For food, health, chemical and other date-sensitive stock, lot tracking can be switched on product by product.
Standalone WMS products often need a separate ERP, stock system and integration layer. Axera keeps the warehouse and the office on the same records.
The Order Book, customer records and price books share the same live stock position as the warehouse.
Low-stock alerts, orders needing stock and auto-generated purchase orders with suggested quantities, supplier pricing and inbound cover.
Invoices, credit notes, credit holds and aged balances sit next to the orders and dispatches behind them.
Import eligible Shopify orders, publish available stock with a safety buffer and send tracking back to the storefront.
Axera is built for UK warehouses that have outgrown spreadsheets, paper pick lists or a basic stock module, and want warehouse control without a long enterprise implementation.

A warehouse management system controls what happens inside the warehouse: receiving, put away, storage locations, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and stock counts. A good WMS records each step against a location and a person, so stock figures can be trusted without a full manual count.
Both. Axera is a warehouse management system with ERP built in, so sales orders, purchasing, customers, suppliers and operational finance use the same live stock and the same records as the warehouse floor.
Axera is aimed at mid-sized UK operations. Standard plans cover one to 3 warehouses and up to 200 internal staff users. Larger or more complex operations can scope a dedicated instance.
No. Axera runs in a web browser on phones and tablets. Operators can pair a Bluetooth barcode scanner, or use the phone camera when a scanner is not available.
Yes. Warehouse Work supports scan-first single-order picking and batch picking, with each pick confirmed against the expected item.
Yes. Lot tracking is optional and switched on per product. It records best-before and use-by dates, picks earliest applicable dates first, supports GS1-128 labels and can trace a recalled lot to the customer shipments that received it.
Guide pricing starts at £950 a month for the platform plus £70 a month per internal staff user, excluding VAT. Supplier and customer portal users are free. Every installation is quoted individually after a demo.
Standard plans include guided setup and standard import templates. Data cleansing, historic transformations and bespoke imports are scoped as part of a Custom Integration.
