This notice explains how we handle information when you visit axera.uk, choose detailed visitor analytics, request a demo or contact our team.
We do not sell your personal data.We do not use advertising pixels or share visitor journeys for third-party advertising.

Scope and who we are
This notice applies to the public marketing website at axera.uk. It does not describe personal data handled inside a customer's Axera application. For that relationship, see our product privacy notice.
Axera is a trading name of EJ Global Limited, company number 17231331, registered in England and Wales. EJ Global Limited is the controller of the personal information described here. Contact us at hello@axera.uk.
Information we collect
Messages to us
Your email address, message, attachments and other details you include when contacting sales, support, accounts, careers or general enquiries.
Technical and visit data
Ordinary hosting/security logs; anonymous daily visitor, page and town totals; and, if you consent, page paths, visit times, referrer path, IP address, browser user-agent and a pseudonymous visitor ID.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in an ordinary demo request or email unless we specifically ask for it. A name, company and at least one contact method are needed to handle a demo request; the other demo fields are optional.

Marketing messages
A demo request is not an automatic subscription to general marketing campaigns. You can object to direct marketing at any time.
We do not use this information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Visitor analytics and privacy choices
Unless you opt out, we count a page view directly into a daily total for that page. To estimate visitors, your browser stores today's UTC date for up to two days and increments a daily visitor counter only the first time it visits that day. Everyone receives the same date value: it is not a unique identifier and is not sent as an identifier. This estimate may count the same person more than once across browsers or count several people using a shared browser as one visitor.
Anonymous mode does not store an IP address, unique identifier, exact visit time, referrer, browser details or any record linking one page view to another. On the first counted visit of the day, we may also increment a separate daily town total using coarse location supplied by our hosting provider. Town totals are not connected to page totals and are shown only when at least five estimated visitors from that town fall within the selected period.
If you select Allow detailed analytics, the site stores a first-party consent preference and a random device identifier in your browser. The identifier expires after 90 days; the consent choice expires after 180 days. Our server transforms the device identifier into a monthly rotating pseudonymous visitor ID. For each consented page view we record the page path and title, time, referrer origin and path without query parameters, IP address, browser user-agent, pseudonymous visitor ID and whether the user-agent appears automated. This lets authorised Axera administrators review page journeys. A visitor ID identifies a browser installation, not a named person, and several people may share an IP address or device.
We use anonymous measurement only to produce aggregate statistics for improving this website. We do not use it to identify, track, monitor or make inferences about individual visitors. We do not use either analytics mode for advertising or to track you across other organisations' services. Select Reject all analytics on the notice, or Privacy choices in the footer, to stop future measurement. Rejecting removes the analytics device ID and anonymous date marker. We also honour supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information when it protects a demo form from abuse. Its own notice is displayed with the verification control.
How long we keep information
Individual consented visitor records and anonymous daily aggregate rows are kept for no more than 90 days, unless a particular consented record is needed for a security incident or legal claim. Hosting and diagnostic logs are kept for a shorter operational period where possible. Demo requests and correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably needed to manage the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or dispute-resolution needs.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your information, object to legitimate-interest processing, withdraw consent, or receive certain information in a portable format.
These rights are not absolute and exemptions may apply. Email hello@axera.uk to make a request. We may need information to confirm your identity. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
