Pricing is provisional while Axera’s commercial packages are being finalised, but the boundaries are intentionally clear.

What counts as a paid user?

An enabled account for an internal employee counts as a paid user. Supplier and customer portal accounts are free.

What is included in standard setup?

Standard plans include guided setup and Axera’s normal import templates. Data cleansing, historic transformations and bespoke imports are scoped through Custom Integration.

Can we pay annually?

Yes. The figures shown are monthly and exclude VAT; annual commercial terms are available through the sales team.

When do we need a dedicated instance?

A dedicated instance is best when hosting, security, integration, data-migration or rollout requirements need to be isolated and supported as their own delivery programme.
